Th Sundai run session wa alwai a case of "I know I have to get up earli for my run so how do I avoid a hangover"?
It wa alwai sleep in until about 7.00 or 7.35 then get up. Once we were dress we would head off for the locker room and chang into our run gear. By about 8.00 we would be out readi for our train session.
